Polarity Teachings and the Taming of the Feminine Spirit

soft, gentle, receptive and nurturing. 
While strong, primitive, wild and free spirited 
And, keep your inner masculine alive and under voluntary control and direction. 

You don't have to be a carbon copy Stepford wife to be feminine 

Use caution of polarity teachings that further tame women and the distortion within these teachings around the inner animus, dark feminine and trying to mold women to be in her feminine energy 100% of the time. They will have you bypassing your greatest gifts, deepest wisdom and primal feminine. 

The idea is for a woman to no longer be severed from her animus as the shadow Maiden archetype, or possessed by her animus which we see collectively where it runs as an unconscious mechanical program in the background or projected through unhealed wounds of her own and her ancestors and threatens her femininity.

But to heal and integrate the animus into being. Not shove it back into a dark closet in hiding where it's always been. 

She's then gentle, soft, receptive, intuitive and nurturing in her femininity while simultaneously has her natural instincts fully intact and her animus under voluntary control with the ability to righteously wield it into wise conscious action and to lead and direct her calling to follow her own free spirit, inherent oracle insight, psychic gifts, deep feminine wisdom and souls purpose first and foremost, where it cannot be overridden by anything external and regardless of what anyone else thinks or does. 

Male polarity coaches have also distorted the Dark Feminine. It has nothing to do with aggression or projected wounded energy.  

She is the final stage of the menstrual cycle and blood mysteries. She is in the soil. The wise crone of death and resurrection.

No one can be 100% feminine or masculine all the time, nor should they strive to be. 

Women are also instinctual protectors as much as they are nurturers. Look to the wild. Who's some of the fiercest protectors? Mothers. It's a mother's natural instinct from the animal kingdom to humans. 

She is also a vessel of truth and the voice of righteous protection for the vulnerable and innocent. 

There's a time and place for feminine communication, emotions and passivity, and a time and place for penetrative direct communication, logic and assertion, and even aggression if needed to protect herself or her offspring. 

She is both 
She must learn to master both through the underworld and integration of her inner animus.

The feminine also leads 
She is the leader of the masculine and feminine dynamic by the blossoming of her heart. 

Even our ancient Pagan ancestors highly honored and understood the polarity of the masculine and feminine. But they also understood women cannot be in their feminine energy 100% of the time.

Just like the moon, a woman waxes and wanes between energy. A consistent flowing of energy. A woman's body, womb and energy is synced with the tides, rhythms, seasons and cycles of nature. Her menstrual cycle holds the deepest of wisdom, hidden gifts and is the portal to the underworld, death and resurrection. From the darkest depth, to the brightest light. Emotions and logic. Feminine and masculine. Body and soul. Solar and Lunar. Heaven and Hell. 

It's an ebb and flow of energy that once harnessed, recalibrates the feminine back to her true feminine spirit. It is the rich fullness of the feminine, all life in nature and cycles of existence. She was gifted with receptivity and intuition to align with these forces of nature. 

A truly healthy and strong masculine man in touch with his own primordial masculine spirit, will provide the protection for her free spirit to walk her true soul path 

Not further tame or domesticate her spirit.
