True Spirituality is the Heart of a Warrior

I'm not interested in spiritual bypassing or avoidance tactics, rising above the human experience, maintaining a perpetual high vibe, light and fluffy good vibes only spiritual rhetoric, toxic or faux positivity or premature transcendence.

I have no interest in spirituality that creates a shallow surface level barrier between humans. Spirituality that trades one mask, for another

I have no interest in spirituality that lacks in grounding, true heart centered embodiment and separates one from their humanity. 

I'm not interested in shallowness that dismisses, devalues, silences, shames or turns away from primal vulnerability. 

I'm not interested in toxic positivity as a defense mechanism from difficult emotions, turmoil, hardships, adversities or tragedies

I'm not here to wear a mask of surface level light blindness or rose tinted glasses 

I'm not interested in spiritual teachings that enforces avoidance from shadow elements, fragmented aspects and darkness while obsessively reaffirming the light. 

Or spirituality that reinforces repressing pain instead of feeling the full spectrum of emotions in their fullest expression in order to dissect and annoit them in their density and back to innocence

I'm not here for metaphysical valium or fast food pop-spirituality nor to rise above the human experience

I'm here for something entirely more alive, authentic, raw and real. 

And I want to see your real.
Not a spiritual light mask.

I'm here to walk along side the vulnerable. Those in need of heart space presence. Allowing of full transparency and vulnerability.

I'm here to ground in and down to my root and follow the ancient roar deep within my bones. 

I am here for potent Alchemy and mystery. To tend to the soil within the earth of my being and swim in the deepest of waters to scrape the bottom of the oceans surface. To unearth the lost treasures. Not rise above it

I'm here for the underworld and the deepest of dives. To dance between darkness and light simultaneously.

I don't care about your positive mindset, credentials, how high you vibe, how enlightened, ascended or successful you are

None of it interests me if you aren't grounded in and down to your root, lack heart centered embodiment and an intimate and integrated relationship with your own darkness. 

Your depth and heart center is more beautiful and impressive than any height.

What's impressive is your humanness, or whether your spiritual practice has disconnected you from your own humanity. 

Can you be with someone in need of heart centered presence without throwing out toxic or faux positivity, preaching popular spiritual rhetoric or good vibes only mantras, or trying to fix, change or advise someone?

Can you be with anothers raw vulnerability without unconsciously using spiritual bypass tactics?

Can you be present with anothers emotions, messiness, darkness, hardships or turmoil without turning away or shielding yourself from the uncomfortable feelings being brought up from your own shadow?

Can you show up in full presence?
To listen, to really listen?
To witness? To honor? To hold?                    Do you allow the space for vulnerability and full transparency?                                       Even in the darkest hours?

Your foundation and how grounded you are down and into your root is more impressive than how high you vibe.

A high vibe with lack of in body grounding
is a recipe for neurosis and lack of heart

I'm interested in how radically honest, real and raw are you with yourself. Your dance between dark and light. All that you are. Your intimate relationship with your darkness. How integrated in your wholeness – light and dark, shadow and soul, heaven and hell

The depths in which you are willing to descend into your underworld and tend to your soil.

The willingness to step into the inferno, set yourself ablaze and walk through the fire and flamez of your own underworld, again and again and again and again.

Grounded heart centered embodiment in a world of radical shallowness, spiritual bypassing, toxic positivity and ascension obsession

Now that is fucking impressive.
