Women pass through approximately 450 menstrual cycles over the course of their lives. That’s 450 gateways to tap into potent and primal medicine, magic and mystery. Each cycle is an initiation to descend into the Underworld, and to stand in the inferno of alchemical transmutation. Through this sacred dance, she purifies and emerges from the flames renewed with wisdom, expanded awareness, and awakened gifts.

Unfortunately, the shadow of societal and generational programming have severed women from their innate ancient rhythms. The menstrual cycle is not just a biological function, it is a spiritual journey that mirrors the primal cycles of the cosmos: descent and ascent, waxing and waning, life and death, creation and destruction. She's the eternal ebb and flow of the universe. 

This disconnection has created a society of surface-dwelling women, detached from their own deep inner mysteries, and reluctant to face the darkness of the Underworld that holds the key to their deepest transformation. By bypassing this medicine, they miss the immense wisdom and gifts hidden within the temple of their being. 

The menstrual cycle is a rite of passage. It is a portal to deep magic and mystery, waiting to be unlocked. To honor it is to awaken the forgotten wisdom of the primal feminine and to rise as the Queen of the Underworld. 

Women are made for the depths of the void
